Anand Deep Enterprises
Archana Dange is Founder CEO of Anand Deep Enterprises, a company dedicated to bringing fun and meaning into education.
With an experience of nearly 3 decades in the field of education, of which the last 14 years spent especially with preschool education, Archana is a Cherie Blair Alumni and an author with Oxford University Press for Kindergarten and Primary textbooks. She provides on-going training for teachers and parents on different ways to teaching and learning. Archana, along with her team are responsible in establishing quality parameters for ensuring pre-school education is child- centric, developmentally appropriate and a fun-filled experience.

A retired Professor from Anna University and a former Expert Member of National Green Tribunal, R Nagendran has over 40 years of professional experience as Academician, Researcher, and Human Capacity Builder.
He offers Professional Consultancy for development, management and delivery measurement of projects in Ecology, Total EHS, Ecological Engineering and Sustainability Indices. Currently, he is an Independent Director of the SMSO Permanent Nidhi Limited, Adjunct faculty at the Asian College of Journalism, Advisor to Eco Services Pvt. Ltd., and Mentor to Civic Fulcrum, a tech start-up – all based in Chennai.
Architect & Urban Planner
Ms Pranjali Deshpande is an Architect and Urban planner. She works on sustainable mobility projects with various government agencies. She is currently working as an independent practitioner on various projects initiated by the World Bank , French Development Agency and FCDO (former DFID). Prior to this, she worked with the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy on street design, Bus Rapid Transit, Parking policy & Transit Oriented Development policy.
Pranjali is also an active member of various government committees that aim to improve sustainable mobility in Pune. She is a co-author for Pune street design guidelines and contributor for BRT guidelines by the Indian Road Congress. She has also participated as a trainer in multiple capacity development programs for government officials. She teaches urban transport to architecture and urban design students.
Architect & Urban Designer
A. Srivathsan is an architect and urban designer, and currently Director, Centre for Research on Architecture and Urbanism, CEPT University Ahmedabad. He was previously the Academic Director of the University, taught for a decade in Chennai, and worked for about 8 years as a senior journalist with The Hindu, the national newspaper.
His research and writings include the themes of urban history and planning, contemporary practices and architectural education. Srivathsan served as the head of the jury of GIZ urban design competition titled `Eyes on Canal’ in Chennai in 2019

M. Sivashanmugam has 32 years of experience in metropolitan planning and management. He has served in various positions at Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and retired as Member & Chief Planner. On deputation, he served as the Additional Secretary (Technical) in Housing & Urban Development Department. After his retirement, he served as Additional Director (Operations) – Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority for a year. He currently serves as Visiting Faculty, School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai. His area of interest includes Housing, Environmental Planning , Infrastructure Planning and Management, Real Estate Development, Regional Planning and Development Promotion Guidelines for Sustainable Development..

Sameeha Sheth is a practicing Architect – Urban & Regional Planner. She holds a master’s degree (MUP) in Urban & Regional Planning from University of Illinois, Urbana – Champaign (UIUC), and a B. Arch from CEPT University Ahmedabad.
Over 13 years, she is involved in research & consultancy work with organizations in the USA, Europe and South- East Asia. She is a founder-director of International Center for Innovative Developments (ICID), a professional consultancy working in the fields of sustainable development, alternative planning approaches, cultural heritage revitalization, tourism management and social inclusivity. ICID predominantly works with state & national governments and international organizations such as GIZ, ADB and Price Claus Funds.

Prof Dr N. Sridharan has been in the field of Urban and Regional Planning for more than 37 years. He is the Director of School of Planning and Architecture-Bhopal and was earlier Director of SPA-Vijayawada and Acting Director of SPA-Delhi. He has been associated with leading Projects of GoI, State Governments and with EU projects. His expertise includes Land markets, urnan and regional planning, peri-urban development and Rural Development.

Renée Tribble is trained as an architect, an independent urban planner and academic activist. She is an appointed professor for planning theory and methodology in urban development at TH OWL, Detmold. She also has worked at HafenCity University Hamburg and University of Kassel.
She is a founding member and partner of PlanBude Hamburg, an interdisciplinary office for democratic, participative and artistic urban development as well as a board member of fux eG Hamburg. Her interest are the conception, advice and organisation of urban development processes, participatory and cooperative planning, urban practice, art and alternative urban development.

Monika works as the Senior Advisor (Infrastructure and Basic Services) for the Sustainable Urban Development in Smart Cities project at GIZ. She is an Architect and Urban Planner by qualification and has been working in the urban sector for more than 15 years. Some of the core areas for her expertise include infrastructure development (water supply, waste water, solid waste management and storm water management), Public and Municipal Finance and Governance (Municipal Cadre, Institutional Strengthening etc).
She also brings along vast experience of working in India across various states and ULBs. She has been advising the states and smart cities for interventions in the field of Basic Services.
